Benefit Experts — Facebook and Instagram Lead Form Privacy Notice

Benefit Experts is a registered trade name of Washington Insurance Brokers LLC. This notice covers information submitted through our Facebook and Instagram employer-benefits lead forms.

Information collected

When you submit a form, we receive the information you provide, including your name, work email, telephone number, company name, employee-count range, renewal timing, and involvement in employee-benefits decisions. Meta may prefill some information from your profile; please review it before submitting.

Please do not submit employee census files, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical conditions, claims details, or other sensitive employee information through these forms.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your request, contact you about employer-benefits options, and maintain records of our communications. Submitting a form does not enroll your business in insurance, establish eligibility, or guarantee a quote or savings.

Our staff and service providers may process information to manage inquiries and communications. If you later request quotes or insurance services, we will explain the additional information and recipients needed for that process. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Meta and linked websites

Facebook and Instagram process information under Meta’s own privacy policy, available at Meta Privacy Policy. Meta’s handling of information is separate from Benefit Experts’ handling. This notice does not describe every data practice of websites or services linked from the form.

Your choices and contact

You may ask us to stop follow-up communications, correct your contact details, or request deletion of your inquiry information by contacting info@benefit-experts.com or 206-556-2993. We may need to retain records required for legal or business obligations.
