Employee Navigator.
Backed by Benefit Experts.
Your benefits, employee information and enrollment tasks, organized in one place.
Technology that makes enrollment easier.
People who help you get it right.
One system instead of a folder of forms.
- Employee self-service from any device
- New hire, life event and termination changes in one system
- Plan documents and coverage details available to employees year-round
- Carrier data handled by us, not by your HR staff
- Paper and in-person enrollment still available
- Provided at no additional cost to client groups
We use Employee Navigator to bring your plans, employee elections and enrollment records together. Employees can compare available benefits and complete elections online, while your HR team can see who has finished and who still needs help.
For the employees who would rather sit down with a person — and in most workforces there are some — we still do it that way. Group meetings, one-on-one sessions, phone appointments and paper applications all remain on the table. The platform is there to remove work, not to force everyone through a screen.
How an enrollment period runs.
Build
You provide the employee census, plan choices, contributions and payroll schedule. We configure the enrollment experience, check eligibility and effective dates, and test the choices and costs before launch.
Educate
Employees receive access instructions, their enrollment deadline and a clear explanation of the benefits. We answer questions through group meetings, phone appointments and one-on-one support.
Enroll
Employees review their information, add eligible dependents, compare plans and submit elections or permitted waivers. We monitor progress and follow up on incomplete items before the deadline.
Submit & reconcile
We coordinate carrier submissions and review enrollment confirmations. Benefit deductions are prepared for payroll, and discrepancies are followed through so the final records match the selections.
Clear next steps for employees and employers.
For your employees
A guided path from invitation to election.
Employees register using the instructions provided for your company, review their profile and dependent information, and work through the benefit options available to them.
They can review plan documents and costs, make selections, complete applicable beneficiary information and review their election summary. After enrollment, the platform remains a place to find benefit details and request eligible changes.
For your HR team
Visibility into what is complete and what needs attention.
The employer view helps authorized staff review enrollment progress, employee records and reports. A shared record makes it easier to follow up on missing tasks and communicate the same information to everyone involved.
When a new hire joins or an employee leaves, your team reports the change promptly. We help coordinate the benefits steps, effective dates and carrier records so the update moves through the process.
For your business
Benefits administration with room for broader HR support.
Employee Navigator also offers onboarding tasks, document acknowledgements and other HR tools. We can review which features fit your company and how they should be configured.
Supported payroll and carrier connections can reduce duplicate entry. Availability and setup depend on your providers; we confirm the connection and any additional service requirements before putting it into use.

Useful throughout the year.
New hires, dependent changes and employment changes do not wait for renewal. A consistent process keeps the employee record, benefits election and follow-up work connected. Employees should report a life event promptly so the applicable deadline and required documentation can be reviewed.
At the next renewal, we update the plan options and contributions, confirm the enrollment approach and help employees understand what changed. Your team starts with an organized record of the previous year.
Enrollment, answered.
Which enrollment platform do you use?
We use Employee Navigator for online benefits enrollment and administration. Benefit Experts helps set up the benefit options and supports your team through enrollment and ongoing changes.
What does the platform cost?
Nothing additional. It is provided to client groups as part of the brokerage relationship.
What about employees without a computer?
They can enroll from a phone, on paper, or with one of us sitting alongside them. No employee should lose coverage because of the enrollment method.
Does it connect to our payroll system?
In many cases yes, depending on your payroll provider. Where a direct connection is not available, we handle the deduction reporting so payroll gets accurate numbers each cycle.
Who fixes it when a carrier says an employee is not enrolled?
We do. Chasing carrier discrepancies is exactly the work this relationship is supposed to absorb.
Does submitting an election mean the carrier has activated coverage?
Submitting the election completes the employee selection step. Carrier processing and confirmation are still needed. We help reconcile those records and address missing or incorrect enrollment information.
Can Employee Navigator help with more than benefits?
The platform offers HR tools such as onboarding tasks, employee records and document acknowledgements. We review the features and integrations available for your group before setup.
